Serpent 710 on its way...
The news seems to have broken, we were caught testing a new 1/10 200mm car and the rumor that Serpent is launching a new car soon is spreading like wild fire. With just a month to go before the car will be launched, we can now make an official statement that Serpent will indeed launch a new 1/10 200mm car called the Serpent 710.

Serpent being more or less the founder of this new and highly competitive category in r/c racing, I know that many racers have awaited Serpent’s new contender for this class already for quite some time. The Impulse and S-705 shared the same platform and has won numerous races and championships. Still, as our competitors have launched new cars in the past 2 years, the time had come to create a new platform to base our next contender for the 1/10 200mm class on: the S-710. As the introduction of the S-710 is still about a month away we have decided to reveal the new 710 to you in ‘bits and pieces’. With 2 day intervals we will show you some of the unique features of this brand new car.



The S-710 is a complete new platform, some will consider this good news, some will be sad that the life of their beloved S-705 will come to an end. Our design team however felt that the Impulse/705 platform was already stretched to the limit performance wise, and that, if we were to take it to the next level, they had to start with a clean sheet of paper. And that’s exactly what they have done. The S-710 has been under development for over 2 years now, we have never put in so much effort in the design and testing of a new concept as for the 710. We are absolutely convinced that the 710 will fulfill all your expectations: a highly advanced top level racing car loaded with well tested innovative technical features. With the S-710 we set new levels of performance and product quality, with special attention to building quality and easy of operation. Combine this with the well-known technical support of the Serpent distributors and dealers, and the special team feeling that comes with every Serpent product, and the new S-710 can only be a winner. S-710, the start of a new legend...
