Brezkrtačni pogon v avtomobilih

Ponovno odpiram debato na zelo dobro prežvečeno temo BK pogona v avtomobilih.

Najbolje, da izpustim moj klasični samogovor in dam prostor drugim.

Ve kdo za kaksne tuje forume kjer bi lahko to kej vec prebral?


Nekako se interesiram za nakum Lehner Basic 4200 ali celo 5300. Se mi zdi pocen motorcek za zacetek, za pogledat kako se stvar odnese.

Se pri nas dobi kaksen primeren BK?

Ja, Lehner Basic 4200 ali pa 5300 je HOT motor za 1/10 avte, 6 do 10 akujev. Najboljše razmerje cena/zmogljivosti. Za regulator je Lehner Warrior 70 Amp Car Controller tudi 1 A kar se tiče cena/zmogljivosti.

Za ogled se moraš prijaviti na forum, BK roba pa se debatira pod Electric Powerplants (Brushed & Brushless) Če boš tam kaj vprašal, si raje vzemi 15 minut časa in uporabi funkcijo search. Moderatorjem gre že malo na jetra ker folk sprašuje vedno ena in ista vprašanja, ki so bila odgovorjena samo 1 teden nazaj v detajle...

V ta novem R/C Car Action http://www.rccaraction.com je dvostranska reklama za Hackerjeve motorje. Končno, ker je ta revija od Trinityja...
Čisto konkretno sem tisti Emaxx na sliki videl sam, (po strehi popraskano) karoserijo pa držal v rokah. Jasno sem govoril tudi z ameriškim gospodom Hackerjem http://www.hackerbrushless.com, ki me je poznal ... tehnikalije o novih C50 motorjih so mu zelo težko šle z jezika. Če kdo hoče lahko razložim, kar mi je povedal pa še kakšno slikco pripnem

Emaxx je s C50 motorjem in Hackerjevim regulatorjem ter 12 x 3000HV akuji tam malo vozil po pesku in travi in me odkrito rečeno ni čisto nič impresioniralo, mogoče edino zavora. Hja, kaj pa drugega, saj smo vozili in videli čolne, ki so šli preko 160...

Zelo veliko teh motorjev se dobi tudi ze pri nas. Zanima me kaksne karakteristike naj bi v grobem imel BK motor za 1:10 avto.

Je kaksen v nasi ponudbi primeren?

Ja in ne.

Če ti ni tuje, da kaj sam postoriš, postružiš in imaš orodje in spretnost potem ni problema. Problem je edino, ker po mojem vedenju ni pravih motorjev za 6 celic. Moraš dati več akujev, recimo da dobiš isto velikost kot 6 SC daš 8 4/5 SC RC1600.

Hackerji so načeloma še najbolj primerni (NG), manj pa Mege (LJ).

Grobe specifikacije primernih motorjev za touring 1:10 avte:

2 polni rotor
4000 do 6000 obr/V
teža 100 do 150 gramov

(luknje na 1" in 3.17 mm os za direkt zamenjavo s 540 motorjem)

Regulatorje za avto se da po naročilu dobiti tako v NG (Hacker Car Sport/Profi) ali pa v LJ (Kontronic Beat Car).

Ali je kdo resen kandidat, da bi sprobal kakšen malo bolj resen BK projekt v avtu letos?

Po sedaj meni dostopni podatkih, so bili SLO BK avto projekti samo:

1:10 touring Tamiya FWD, 6 akujev, Aveox 1010/2Y, moja malenkost
1:8 Buggy, 12 akujev, Aveox 1409/2Y, Seba & Škrlj

v pripravi že nekaj časa

1:10 touring 4 WD; ? akujev, Mega ..., Tit

???, ??, ???, tvoje ime?

Tistle 1:8 buggy sm pa u živo vidu in je kr šlo, le mal problemov je bilo pri skokih in takrat ko se je avto ustavu(mislim da je bil motor sensorless?).
Uglavnem zadeva se je peljala.

Aveox komplet motor in regulator, senzorji.

Samo je bilo pa kar daleč od onega pravega (bogi akuji, nič premišljeno prestavno razmerje, ...).

Jaz sem probal GM TC4 pro2 z aveoxom 1010/2y in 8 celicami GP3300. Saj je šlo, prestavno razmerje ni blo točno, pa težek avto z 8 celicami, skoraj bi rekel, da je premajhen motor za to.
Prava stvar bi bil Lehner Basic 5300 in 6 celic, ali za ekstrem 8 celic RC-1600.

1:18 Lehner power; sicer ena velika napaka --- stikalo ! Pa tudi akuji so bolj tko tko.

Simply put, it was eye popping WOW!!! Although I've had only one pack run so far and not had chance to bring it to a big open space to fully test it out, all of acceleration, top speed, break, and run time were astonishing. The way it sprinted out reminded me the word rocket. I could get the tires screeching at any speed. I used to run it with BigBlock on 7 cell pack, but that I can say now was a snail.

With the pack fully charged, I had about 30 minutes of run time. And, after that, the controller got pretty warm while the motor was only mildly warm. In a small space, I could hear the motor cogging in some occasion. So, I dropped the pinion gear two teeth down from 14T to 12T - didn't have 13T. The occasional cogging sound never occurred again, and, interestingly, I didn't see noticable difference in acceleration and top speed. But, again, I didn't try it in a big open space, so it needs yet to be really tried.

hi, there, here´s another pic of one of my latest projects, this maxx is very light (as you might see ) and it will be driven by a single lrk motor setup, with 5 times the power than a "normal" bl motor !!!
the whole car is beefed up with steel, hardened aluminium and titan!
the cg is greatly lowered by a full 2.5 cm !!! (1 inch !!) that really is good extra benefit, the motor is lying on my table, just waiting for the time to be built in, but i do not have the time till the week, next weekend it WILL be inserted, as i have a week off (not working, yes!!)


It´s ready !!

the motor fits perfectly, the power is really awesome, the tranny is never missed, these Construction really makes it, i can not change the gearing that easy, but this is not a must have, due to the fact that the car is running near to the 60 Mph !!
(so why upgrade !! )

The lowered cg is really good for the side to side movement, I´m now plannin g on building a 3 shock for front and rear each !! (like the tuning system in the rccaraction (latest issue))
but way much more down with the cg !! (directly on the upper arm or anything like this !!)

The Motor only needs this see thru case, because the outer housing is rotating too, there is a way for the small rocks in the outer world !!


these are the Datas:

600 -1000 W at a max of 70 A and rpm per Volt is 1200 (as i do not use any tranny, i do not need these High rpm-low torque BL from Hacker or lehner.
This is a torcman 350/20 10 poles with 10 windings (only driveable with a ESC that has degrees setting (from 15 to 30 ° would be good, I´m still comparing the tech Datas, haven´t figured out anything yet)

This motor has the twice the torque than 2 pieces of 17x2 brushed motors on 12 cells, but this thing was only running with 6 cells at the test !! (my esc was not able to pull out more, due to the degrees setting)

really awesome and cheap !! (as akit, yes you can buy these motors as a kit and wind your own one !! and as a ready motor (the kit is around 100 USD (only the wire goes extra) and the ready Motor is around 160 USD (for this motor type, others are cheaper or cost more (up to 700USD and an output of 3000 W !!! (no mistake !!) and a weight of 1.4 kg (a totally equipped 10th sedan !!)

really good for a MT 5th scale project . . .
